Signal is strongest where the people are. Minsk has thorough, fast coverage across the centre, the metro and the ring road; Brest, Hrodna (Grodno), Homiel (Gomel), Vitebsk and Mahilyow (Mogilev) are all well served on 4G. The main M-highways linking the cities generally hold a usable connection.
