An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built directly into your device. Unlike traditional SIM cards, it doesn't require a physical chip — you simply download a cellular plan and connect instantly. It's the future of mobile connectivity.
After purchasing, you'll receive a QR code by email within minutes. Open your phone settings → Cellular/Mobile Network → Add eSIM → Scan QR code. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes. You can also enter the activation code manually if needed.
Most modern smartphones support eSIM: iPhone XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and newer; Google Pixel 3 and newer; Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23, S24 and newer; Huawei P40 and newer; and many other devices. Check your phone settings for 'Add eSIM' option to confirm compatibility.
Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Network. If you see an option to 'Add eSIM' or 'Add Cellular Plan', your device supports eSIM. You can also dial *#06# to see if an EID (eSIM ID) is displayed. Note: Some carrier-locked phones may have eSIM disabled.
On iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, then scan the QR code from your email. For iPhone 14 and newer in the US, you can also use eSIM Quick Transfer. Make sure your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi during installation.
On Android, go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (or 'Download SIM'). Scan the QR code from your email. The exact path may vary by manufacturer (Samsung, Google, etc.), but the process is similar. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
An eSIM is built into your device and activated digitally — no swapping cards needed. Physical SIMs require you to insert a chip. eSIMs are more convenient, can't be lost or damaged, and allow instant activation. You can also store multiple eSIM profiles on one device.
Yes! Most devices can store 8-10 eSIM profiles, though only one (or two on some models) can be active at a time. This is perfect for frequent travelers — you can pre-install eSIMs for different countries and switch between them as needed.
Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Network → select the eSIM plan → Delete eSIM (or Remove Cellular Plan). Warning: Once deleted, the eSIM cannot be reinstalled — you would need to purchase a new one. Only delete if you're sure you won't need it again.
eSIM profiles don't expire, but the data plan does. Your plan's validity period starts when you first connect to a network (activation). Unused data may expire at the end of the validity period. Check your specific plan details for exact terms.
Your data plan activates automatically when your device first connects to a supported mobile network in your destination country. You can install the eSIM before your trip, but the validity countdown only begins upon first network connection.
We recommend installing your eSIM before departure while you have Wi-Fi. This way, you'll have instant connectivity upon arrival — just turn on data roaming for the eSIM line. The plan won't start counting until you connect to a local network.
Yes! Most modern phones support Dual SIM (one eSIM + one physical SIM). This lets you keep your regular number for calls/texts while using eSIM for affordable data abroad. You can set which SIM to use for data, calls, and messages separately.
Absolutely! Keep your physical SIM in your phone for your regular number (calls and texts), and use the eSIM purely for data. This is the most popular setup for travelers — you stay reachable on your number while enjoying cheap local data rates.
Yes, hotspot/tethering is supported on all our eSIM plans. You can share your mobile data with laptops, tablets, or other devices. Note that hotspot usage consumes data faster, so monitor your usage if you have a limited data plan.
Our eSIMs connect to premium local networks, typically providing 4G LTE or 5G speeds (where available). Actual speeds depend on network coverage in your location, but you can expect speeds suitable for streaming, video calls, and all regular internet activities.
Our travel eSIMs are data-only plans — they don't include a phone number for traditional calls or SMS. However, you can use apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, or Skype for calls and messages over data. This is usually cheaper and works worldwide.
Yes! All internet-based apps work perfectly with our eSIM data plans: WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, social media, maps, and any other app that uses data. That's the beauty of data-only plans.
You can check your data usage in your phone's settings under Cellular/Mobile Data — look at the eSIM line's usage. We also send email notifications when you're running low on data. Some plans include access to our web portal for detailed usage tracking.
When your data is depleted, your eSIM connection will stop working. You won't be charged extra — we don't have overage fees. You can purchase a top-up or a new eSIM plan to continue using data. Your physical SIM (if present) will still work normally.
Yes! If you need more data, you can purchase a top-up through your order confirmation email or our website. Top-ups are delivered instantly to the same eSIM profile. You can also buy a completely new eSIM plan if preferred.
The validity period is how long your data plan remains active after first activation. For example, a '7-day' plan means you have 7 days to use your data from the moment you first connect to a network. Unused data expires at the end of this period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and various local payment methods depending on your location. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We display prices in EUR and USD. Your bank will automatically convert the charge to your local currency if different. We use Stripe for payments, which offers competitive exchange rates with no hidden fees from our side.
Yes! If your eSIM hasn't been activated (never connected to a network), you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once the eSIM is activated and data is used, refunds are not available. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
Refund requests for unused eSIMs are typically processed within 24-48 hours. The money will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Enter your promo code in the discount field during checkout, then click 'Apply'. The discount will be automatically calculated and shown in your order total. Promo codes cannot be combined and must be applied before completing payment.
Check your spam/junk folder first — our emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, contact [email protected] with your order email address, and we'll resend the QR code immediately. Make sure to whitelist our email for future orders.
Payment failures usually happen due to card restrictions on international transactions or insufficient funds. Try a different card, ensure international payments are enabled, or contact your bank. You can also try Apple Pay or Google Pay as alternatives.
Yes! An invoice is automatically included in your order confirmation email. If you need a formal invoice for business expenses or VAT purposes, contact [email protected] with your order number and company details.

Yes! Our Europe regional eSIM covers 30+ European countries with one plan — perfect for Euro trips. You get seamless connectivity as you cross borders, no need to switch plans or buy separate eSIMs for each country.
We offer regional plans for Europe (30+ countries), Asia Pacific, North America, South America, Middle East, and Africa. Regional plans are ideal if you're visiting multiple countries in the same region — one plan, multiple countries, no hassle.
Yes! Our Global eSIM plan covers 100+ countries on a single plan. It's perfect for round-the-world trips, frequent international travelers, or digital nomads who visit multiple continents. Check the coverage list to ensure your destinations are included.
Our eSIMs connect to premium local carriers in each country — typically the top 1-2 networks with the best coverage. You'll automatically connect to the strongest available network. In most countries, this means major carriers with nationwide 4G/5G coverage.
Coverage in rural areas depends on local network infrastructure. Our eSIMs connect to major national carriers, so you'll have coverage wherever those networks reach. For very remote areas, coverage may be limited — this is the same as with any mobile service.
You don't need airplane mode. Simply go to Settings → Cellular and turn off the eSIM line when you don't want to use it. This prevents accidental data usage while keeping your device fully functional with your physical SIM.
Yes! For eSIM to work abroad, you must enable data roaming for the eSIM line in your phone settings. Go to Settings → Cellular → select your eSIM → turn on Data Roaming. Don't worry — you won't incur extra charges; you're using your prepaid data.
Yes, VPNs work normally with our eSIM data plans. There are no restrictions on VPN usage. This is useful for accessing content from your home country, securing your connection on public Wi-Fi, or for work purposes.
Absolutely! Our 4G/5G speeds are perfect for streaming video content. However, streaming uses significant data — HD video can use 3GB+ per hour. If you plan to stream a lot, consider a larger data plan or use Wi-Fi when available.
No! eSIM provides identical speeds to physical SIM cards. The technology simply delivers the SIM profile digitally instead of via a chip. You'll get full 4G LTE or 5G speeds depending on network availability in your location.
In most cases, no. Our eSIM profiles include automatic APN configuration. If you experience connection issues, the correct APN settings are included in your confirmation email. For iPhones, APN is always automatic. Some Android phones may require manual entry.
Try these steps: 1) Ensure data roaming is ON for the eSIM line, 2) Restart your phone, 3) Check that eSIM is set as the data source, 4) Toggle airplane mode on/off, 5) Check if you're in a covered area. If issues persist, contact our support team with your order number.
Most eSIM profiles can only be installed once. If you deleted it accidentally, contact support — we may be able to provide a new QR code depending on the plan. Before deleting any eSIM, make sure you truly won't need it again.
Generally, no. eSIM profiles are bound to the device they're installed on. If you get a new phone, you'll need to purchase a new eSIM. Some newer iPhones support eSIM transfer during device setup, but this depends on carrier support.
eSIM is actually more secure than physical SIM. It can't be physically removed or stolen, can't be cloned, and is protected by your device's security. The eSIM profile is encrypted and stored in a secure element of your device.
No, eSIM uses the same amount of power as a physical SIM. If you notice battery drain, it's likely due to cellular data usage in general (especially in areas with weak signal), not the eSIM technology itself.
